We only collect what you give us. When you fill out our contact form or book an intro call, we receive your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your project. We do not track anonymous visitors, and we do not use cookies to identify you.

2. Tools We Use

Three third-party services help us run studiotristar.com. Calendly powers the scheduling widget on our contact page; if you book a call, Calendly receives your name, email, and selected time slot under its own privacy policy. Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics (page views and approximate visitor counts) without setting tracking cookies or building visitor profiles. Resend delivers the inquiry emails sent from our contact form so we can reply to you — it processes your name, email, and message solely to transmit the email to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for our intro call, and follow up on the project you described. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising or marketing automation.

4. Data Security

All traffic to studiotristar.com is encrypted in transit using TLS. The vendors above are SOC 2-compliant and apply industry-standard security to the data they process on our behalf. We retain inquiry data only as long as needed to follow up on your project.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us at any time. Email privacy@studiotristar.com and we will respond within one business day.
